Bryen and the Bayou Boogie Boys are a HonkyTonk Bar Band fronted by Louisiana Native Bryen Willems. They’ve played all over Australia in clubs, pubs, bars, festivals, birthdays and weddings bringing the kind of honkytonk country music you’d find at Roberts’s Western World in Nashville or The Broken Spoke in Austin. They play the classics of Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Hank Williams, Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, George Strait, George Jones, Alan Jackson, Dwight Yoakum, Brooks & Dunn and heaps more! All music guaranteed to keep feet shufflin’ and the boots scootin’. They normally run a 4-6 piece band depending on requirements. However, Bryen also does acoustic duo and solo work for situations that require that chill, familiar classic country sound like a small room, beer garden, courtyard or background dining music.
